Restaurant Business Names Us Among Fastest-Growing Small Chains

Restaurant Business identified Bluestone Lane in 2017 as among 20 of the fastest-growing small chains that have fewer than 20 units. We’re thrilled to be among the emerging restaurant scene and offering Melbourne-inspired coffee in NYC, NJ, Philly, DC, SF and soon, LA!

The big dog of the Australian coffee concepts, the chain made its U.S. debut in New York City in 2013 with limited-service shops with a small food menu as well as full-service cafes that offer beer and wine. It has since grown to 58 locations and has plans for more. In addition to new storefronts, Bluestone—which bills itself as a “classic Australian cafe experience”—recently opened a 10,000-square-foot roastery in Brooklyn to supply its U.S. units.
