Bluestone Lane has sought to highlight these facets with our exciting new Spring menu featured at all our cafe locations. The new menu is lighter and cleaner than our winter edition, with highlights including the plant-based green Brighton Smoothie Bowl and creamy, coconut milk Apple-Soaked Overnight Oats.
We have not neglected the need for some comfort brunch options, with the (not your typical) Bacon & Egg Roll a standout. Wrapped in a brioche bun and finished with homemade tomato relish, this dish should hit the spot for those looking for a heavier alternative to pair with a chilled glass of rosé or James Boag Lager.
For lunch options we have paid homage to the South East Asian influence on Melbourne’s culinary scene, with the introduction of the Chicken Banh Mi. Infused with herbs, fresh spices and homemade aioli, it’s not to be missed. We have also added a modern twist to the quintessential Australian meat pie, coupled this time with pea purée and fresh herb salad.
The rainbow bowl is all about combining an abundance of seasonal fresh spring salads produce something sensational. Eat with your eyes and vitalize your tastebuds with this dish.
Our new spring menu editions complement our signature dishes including Avocado Smash and Gluten Free Banana Bread, and a re-energized brekkie board combo, allowing for a greater number of “I can’t get enough” combinations.
