A fresh, new all-day menu is coming to cafés soon…

What started with Avocado Toast, the Bluestone Lane menu has become a versatile and continuously evolving all-day offering. From new Lemon Ricotta Pancakes to the Winter Salad, we are dedicated to producing sophisticated, yet clean and natural fare that can be consumed all day. Look out for healthy & delicious new items, designed to keep you fuller for longer this winter.

Designed by Australian Chef, Sappho Hatzis

With Australian culinary themes in mind, Sappho Hatzis has introduced a substantial winter menu that puts focus on progressive plant-based options. Since creating the original café menu that debuted at our Collective Café in 2014, Sappho has now returned to reinvigorate the all-day menu at Bluestone Lane for a second time. “I believe in eating a simple, balanced & healthy diet that nourishes our bodies and satisfies. Healthy can be delicious, and I wanted the Bluestone Lane menu to be a reflection of this.”

It’s our most extensive menu refresh yet! We recreate our food offering seasonally – using only fresh, locally sourced ingredients that are Australian-inspired. Enjoy a balanced menu that puts a spin on some old classics, and introduces new dishes that are wholesome and minimally processed, while still allowing for some indulgence.

Roast Turkey Sandwich; shaved roasted turkey w/ zesty lemon Dijon mustard, sliced tomato & alfalfa sprouts served w/ dressed greens

Vegetarian Big Brekkie; two poached eggs, halloumi, avocado smash, baby kale, baked mushrooms & roasted tomatoes served w/ toast

Spiced Cauli Sandwich; roasted cauliflower w/ lemon hummus, toasted almonds, golden raisins, baby kale & balsamic vinaigrette served w/ dressed greens

Goat’s Cheese Eggs; folded goat and feta cheese eggs on toast w/ herbs & chili oil

Lemon Ricotta Pancakes; fluffy ricotta pancakes w/ lemon curd, honey, paleo muesli & fresh strawberries

B.L.A.T.E; crispy bacon, arugula, avocado, tomato, fried egg & garlic aioli on a brioche roll, served w/ dressed greens

Winter Salad; a poached egg, house pickled beets, mixed greens, roasted heirloom tomatoes, goats cheese, alfalfa sprouts, roasted pecans & cranberries w/ apple cider vinaigrette

BL Burrito; scrambled eggs, bacon, guajillo sauce, avocado, feta & potato wedges served w/ dressed greens

Cauliflower & Farro Salad; roasted cauliflower with cucumber, farro, crushed toasted almonds & golden raisins w/ balsamic dressing

Red Baked Eggs; rustic style baked eggs, tomato, zucchini, bell peppers, feta & rainbow microgreens served in a hot skillet w/ toast
