With Australian culinary themes in mind, Sappho Hatzis has introduced a substantial winter menu that puts focus on progressive plant-based options. Since creating the original café menu that debuted at our Collective Café in 2014, Sappho has now returned to reinvigorate the all-day menu at Bluestone Lane for a second time. “I believe in eating a simple, balanced & healthy diet that nourishes our bodies and satisfies. Healthy can be delicious, and I wanted the Bluestone Lane menu to be a reflection of this.”

It’s our most extensive menu refresh yet! We recreate our food offering seasonally – using only fresh, locally sourced ingredients that are Australian-inspired. Enjoy a balanced menu that puts a spin on some old classics, and introduces new dishes that are wholesome and minimally processed, while still allowing for some indulgence.
