Grand Cayman Café — 51 Fort St
Cayman Islands
Next Destination? The Cayman Islands!
We’ve headed to the beautiful shores of the Caribbean with the opening of our first sit down café in the Cayman Islands. Living up to its name in every sense, Grand Cayman fuses both culture and nature to produce the perfect tropical paradise. Surrounded by white sand beaches and turquoise waters, Cayman is the ideal destination for snorkeling, jet skiing, sunbathing or just grabbing a book and relaxing under a palm tree.
The Design
The renaissance of Cayman’s capital, George Town, just received an injection of style with the recent opening of this Bluestone café. Housed in the brand new Fort 51 Building, the capital’s first major redevelopment project, this new café brings locals a brunch and lunch destination inspired by beautiful coastal living. The café was designed to blend signature coastal aesthetics along with the historical features of George Town. The space features an accessible entrance right in the heart of George Town that opens up into an open-plan café, with comfy indoor and outdoor seating areas creating a large, spacious feel. Beach prints adorn the walls, and bright furnishings paired with an abundance of natural light bring a unique coastal feel to the café.
Menu
The café menu includes Bluestone Lane favorites, such as Avocado Smash and Good Grains Granola, complimented by café staples including all day brekkie, sandwiches and healthy salad bowls as well as a range of progressive seasonal dishes inspired by culinary themes found in the world’s best coastal towns. Cayman locals and visitors are also able to indulge in the entire Bluestone Lane range of premium coffee, wellness drinks, signature cold-pressed juices and organic teas.
